Shipping, Returns & Refunds


Unless otherwise indicated all orders are subject to a delivery charge.

At present our base delivery charge between R 75.00 - R 90 for delivery depending on where you are in South Africa.

*However as some places are very very very far away delivery can come to R148.90. You will see it at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING
Please note than we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders :
Over R300 for areas that cost up to R75 delivery (Gauteng)
Over R350 for areas costing R90 Delivery (Cape Town/Stellenbosch/Durban)
Over R399 for areas costing R148.90 Delivery ( Rest of the Country)

 


Delivery Times

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (on work days) unless otherwise indicated.
Once you place your order and payment has been received your order will be shipped.

Please allow 1 - 5 working days for delivery.  Depending on where you are in the country. 
Excluding circumstances beyond our control, eg. supplier delays, customs delays, strikes, acts of God, etc. 

Please note " Working Days " means Monday to Friday.


If you need a delivery to arrive  express or by a certain date please email us or call (0797584758) BEFORE placing your order so we can tell you if it can arrive in time. We will then be sure to process and ship in time for you to get it. And we assure that you will! (How ever 24 hours notice is not enough time)

A Tracking Number is issued the day after the couriers collect your order for delivery. Note that your Tracking Code will usually show up on our courier's tracking system a day after your parcel has been collected.

International Orders

International Deliveries have a base price of R650.
Please allow 14-30 work days for delivery.

Returns Policy

If you happen to received a damadged pair of stocking you have 3 days to report it back to us either by phone or by email.
We will have the damadged pair ship back to us to check that is is a manufacture error and not a worn out error. If we find it is rightfuly damaged we will ship you a new pair.

 

Refunds

We have a very strict policy when it comes to refunds. The only time we will refund is when delivery cost are more than shown on the website and people wish to cancel the order all together. Or if a damaged pair or tights can not be replaced for what ever reason. 

There are NO reruns on Best Breast / Bye Bra Products. 

All our products on the website are intimate products and therefor can not be returned.
